Well it's been a while since I've sat down and written on here... wow.  Just real quick, I'm 18 now and I have my license.  Hopefully that will lead to a real job and a car, who knows.  I got an iPod for my birthday, so I will start including mobile options into both the site and my projects.

Some of my projects have stalled due to school and other factors, but they're still being worked on.

Image Mirror
Yes it's not done. Yes development is going slowly.  I've started using the Code Igniter PHP framework to build the site, and along with jQuery, hopefully it won't take too long once I really get going on this.  I'm planning on creating a mobile option so that users on iPods, iPhones, etc will have a slim version of Image Mirror to browse on.

my.esoTalk
Recently esotalk.com went down due to major server issues, but is now back up.  Unfortuntely, this has (more or less) taken away the ability to use the my.esotalk.com subdomain.  It's pretty much decided that I will end up buying a domain name for the service, possibly leading to a name change.  Also ads will be placed on hosted forums to help cover the costs of the domain name and server (eventually, not right away.)  I'm also waiting for esoTalk beta 1 to be released so that the hosting version can be updated.

Gameboy Online
I should probably call this one dead.  There are more popular sites using the same method as me to give users the ability to play gameboy games online.  The one difference was that my service allowed users to save progress with a username.  For some unknown reason, however, saving has stopped working for everyone.  I don't know why, and I can't really fix it.  Perhaps it was a java update, or some low-level security settings on my web host.  Either way, this site is pretty much useless until I figure out how to fix it, which is unlikely.  I'll leave it up but don't expect any fancy updates to it, at least not for a while.

Waim, oXyLite, oXySocket
Call these dead.  I no longer use Windows, and I no longer use Visual Basic 6.  Waim was a nice concept, but really thinking about it I don't see a whole lot of practical use.  The lack of security, expecially in an 11 year old version of VB, plus the effort into getting it to work with HTTP with no bugs is just not worth it.  oXyLite and oXySocket are no longer useful, as the guy who was working on the original oXy instant messenger pretty much left the Internet.  It was fun while it lasted, and I learned some about creating and handling IM protocols.

Kingdom Hearts Online RPG
I would have loved to see this happen and become popular (I get a lot of visitors from Google on this) but it's just not going to happen.  I think people would be looking for more of a Runescape-style game where as I would be looking at more of a text-style game.

Pokebattle
Also call this one dead.  I'm not really into Facebook or Myspace enough to learn all the programming API and whatnot.  On top of that, I think I'd run into copyright issues.  Sorry.

So as you can see, I'm retiring a lot of my projects that were never quite finished.  But I'll start new ones, and I already have some ideas. I've been doing a lot of work with the Drupal CMS, too, so soon I'll be posting modules and things like that.
